4. Use and Storage of Service
Members are allow to create unlimited number of surveys as long as the status of membership is maintained valid. Members can maintain up to twenty (20) surveys in his/her account at any given time. You agree that SurveyAnyhwere.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any surveys or survey results that are created or collected by you. You acknowledge that SurveyAnywhere.com can remove or disable expired membership accounts and delete all surveys and survey results under such accounts. You agree that SurveyAnywhere.com reserves the right to change these general practices anytime with or without notice to you.

5. Modification of Service
SurveyAnywhere.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the service, with or without notice to you. You agree that SurveyAnywhere.com shall not be liable to you or to any other parties for discontinuance or interruptions of all or any part of the service.

6. SurveyAnywhere.com's Property Rights
You agree that the software programs used in connection with the service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Due to the low membership fee we charge for the service, we will not offer refund after you sign up for the service. However, in the event that SurveyAnywhere.com discontinues its service, your membership fee will be refunded proportionally.
